Stephanie Maloney is the President of Premier Estate Planning. She met Mike Jr. 35 years ago in West Des Moines, Iowa. Upon graduation from Iowa State, they moved to Arizona. She began the early part of her career as the office administator for Mike's financial practice and was quickly drawn to the Estate Planning side of the table. She enjoys building client relationships and maintaining them. It is never my goal to complete a job for a client and say “your on your own now”. I expect that when the client needs assistance on an existing issue or something new arises, they will never hesitate to call. I want to help clients and associates work through the challenges that currently face them….no need to do it alone, when you have a team.
She is happy to say that her son Mike III joined the team four years ago and is the foundation of our next generation of planners.
Additionally, she enjoys serving families with the various Life Insurance tools that help make our lives more secure.
Michael began his career in Estate Planning over 30 years ago. He began his career in Iowa, traveling all around the Midwest doing Estate Planning Education for other professional's clientele. Michael is a graduate of Cactus Shadows & attended Phoenix College to play football. Much of his youth & adolesents was spent in youth sports, giving his an understanding of being a team player. Every family that walks through our "door", is going to be takend care of by the Premier Team, so Mike is a natural fit. He is the next generation to serve clients, making sure we will be here well into the future.

Jennifer joined Premier Estate Planning in October 2020. She brings much wisdom and compassion to our families. She desired to become an Estate Planning educator, so she can help families avoid the issues that her own parents' estate went through. She is well aware of the importance of getting the proper legal documents in place, before there is a problem that only attorneys can solve. She takes the time needed to help families and individuals actually understand what the process entails and what the various documents are. She looks forward to serving you.
Steve Johnson graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1985. He joined Premier back in 1995 and has been a valuabe member of the team. When we made the decision to operate our practice under the Arizona Certified Legal Document Program in 2004, Steve decided to come with us. He chose to operate as an AZCDLP (Arizona Certified Legal Document Prepaer), in leiu of a member of the Arizona Bar Association. He provides a vast base of knowledge that has served our clients well through the years. He may not be able to represent you in a court of law, but he does a wonderful job keeping you out of the courts with well-drafted documents.
Steve has one adult son and enjoys fishing and the outdoors in his free time.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to protect what you’ve worked a lifetime to build. Now, in estate planning client services, I help individuals and families create clear, customized plans that ensure their wishes are honored and their estates are protected for future generations.
My work focuses on education first — helping clients understand the key differences between wills and trusts, and guiding them through the entire estate planning process. From trust packages to financial and medical powers of attorney, I offer practical solutions designed to bring peace of mind.
Outside of my professional work, I’m deeply passionate about serving my local community. I’ve had the honor of sitting on the advisory board of several local nonprofits and regularly volunteer with a variety of local charities. Giving back is a core value in both my personal and professional life.
I’m also a proud mom of two adult sons and recently became a first-time grandmother — a role that has made my mission to help families protect their legacies feel even more meaningful.
Whether you're just starting your estate planning journey or looking to update an existing plan, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We help families through the process when a loved one has passed. While we can't handle a full Probate, we can direct you to a qualified Attorney. If your family member used a Revocable Trust for their Estate Planning, there is no need for Probate as long as all assets were funded to the Trust. The process involves paperwork, which we can help you facilitate. If you need help with this process, please contact our office. There is no charge to have a consultation. If we are hired, you will be given a firm price for any work that needs to be completed.
How many estates have you settled? How many estates have your children settled? If you do planning with our firm, we offer Successor Education. We don't talk about the details of your plan, we talk about the process. If the last person is now incapacitated, what do your successors do? If the last one is now deceased, what do they do? If we aren't here to help your family, what will they do? Will they be empowered to ask the hard questions? Will they know that they can ask how much the services will cost and how long it should take? If you already have existing documents and would like to take advantage of this servcie, we will be happy to do it for a fee. You can schedule here.
Do you have dust on your Trust? Did you create a Last Will and Testament years ago when your babies were actually babies? Have your recently moved to Arizona and want to make sure all of your documents are compliant with local laws? Perhaps its time for a review. We never charge to review existing documents. Call today to make an appointment to get the answers you need.
We do not have a set price for our plans. We base the price of your documents on the amount of work that needs to be done. While there are always time-tested areas of planning, each family has unique situations. Once we understand what we need to accomplish for your plan, we can give you a firm price. We ask for half down at the data collection and the other half once all documents are signed and delivered. We don't want cost to stop families from planning. If you need a special payment arrangement, we can talk about that at a consultation. Remember, the price of most people's current plan is far more expensive than anything I could offer. If you are thinking, "I don't have a plan"....that's your plan.
